3ds mario kart is at 17 million so its not par for the course, and considering how big of a upgrade mario kart 8 is, 8 million is weak. mario kart 8 on switch will probably do 20 million, its selling the best of all nintedo first party games at moment.

Yeah, just like any ps3 game which was up port to ps4 and sold 20 million oh wait
