Nah, they've been giving out information on what they've been doing via their youtube channel, website and forums. Folks like Yong refuse to even go to any of those places. Same goes for the naysayers as well.
If anyone here who absolutely dislikes the game, had even bothered to check their development cycle diagram, you would know what's going on and just how complicated the design process really is.
Do a good chunk of you on this site think games are the easiest thing to design for?. Like the AAA ones featuring multiple instances, moving objects, dealing with MMO like crowds etc.
Also, while you call them whales, Activision calls everyone a whale for buying into their loot boxes and general MT's. Look at the state of AAA gaming these days with cosmetics locked behind walls, while still asking up front costs and tossing in season passes, store exclusive DLC and what not up the wazoo.
