To me September isn't that long. So do you really think it could be these cards that Jensen Huang refers to when he says "it's a long time from now".
I am afraid September will bring us refresh cards who are 8% faster than 1080Ti, while Huang in his quoted statement refers to a proper architectural and significant increase like one year from now.
