Well with regards to DQXI, we also need to remember how...well terrible Square is at directing major projects on ANY platform.  It's entirely possible and indeed quite likely they've poorly managed the DQXI Switch port. 

Considering their job with FF XIII Versus, KH3, FF VIIR and as you said DQXI, yes they have facing some big issues.
