I don't think it's Circuit City only, look at this: http://biz.gamedaily.com/industry/feature/?id=16721. Sony hasn't denied the rumors, they've just said "no comment." Guess that's another $100 lost on every system sold for Sony. That's, what, a $300 loss per system now?
I'm definitely going to look forward to the upcoming VGChartz sales data. The PS3 sales will probably go up for a little while and be back to normal after month. They also just announced today on CNN Money that Microsoft is going to lose a billion dollars thanks to the defective systems. That could ruin any price drop from them. I swear, Microsoft and Sony are worse than Sega was.
