I'd really like to see a Mario Maker port, but what would be even better would be an enhanced version of the game with new features like slopes, higher maximum item limit, new baddies like charging chucks, and a better online infrastructure that tracks more stats and makes it easier to find levels and creators (something like the Mario Maker Bookmark site except built into the game).

Edit: Is there a reason why so many people are mentioning F-Zero? Did Nintendo hint at this at some point or is it wishful thinking? I was obsessed with GX for the longest time, and even had a local arcade (it was actually a bar at a local yacht club) that had AX, and I went there on a couple occasions to play.

I agree with Mario Maker, the series should definitely come as a sequel on the Switch with hopefully some new added content that sets it apart from its predecessor. Slopes I can see being as complicated to implement, but I think Nintendo should include a free draw option that somehow standardizes to a clean-looking slope after its done. In addition to what you said I would like to see them make it so you play the 'worlds' that people have created. Many people have created levels that are designed to be played consecutively but you may only play "1-2" of the level. They should enable sets, and also there shouldn't be a level upload limit imo

As for F-Zero, I read on a thread before about that being one of the rumored games, I think with Platinum as the developer and also something to do with a new Punch Out. But I don't know what to make of those leaks, they just don't sound feasible at all. I mean, it sounds about as likely as Paper Mario 6 releasing on the Switch in 2018. I don't believe it, for some reason.
