Depending on what content is being time exlusive I have different reactions to this. If it's DLC, then I really don't care. DLC is an extra purchase, it's not part of the base game. If a part of the base game is exclusive to the PS4 even temporarily then this is awful. People should be able to play what they pay for and not be gated off due to their console of choice.
