Yes, it's car combat. It's basically like, eight cars which all have different drivers, cars and weapons. Every car drives differently and has different "specials" which can be used when your meter is full. Each level is unique and has different "power ups" that drivers can pick up and then use against the other cars. There's a health bar and when it runs out, you explode and die. Last car standing wins etc. It was really unique because it was gothic/horror themed. In the PS2 version, you would pick the combatant of your choice and you'd get to see their "story" through cut scenes.
