Yes, I expect 2019 could be Switch's peak year, so PS4 is definitely going to fall behind that.

Switch sales in 2019 should be 20-21m imo.

Whereas for PS4 sales I'm expecting

2018 -   ~18.5m
2019 -   16.5-17m
