MS to do the "Halo, Gears, Forza" formula again?

Now the question is, what will the dates for these tiles be. Any of them 2018? (well forza obviously), 2019? 2020?

Assuming all this is real I reckon it'll be:

2018 - Forza Horizon 4
2019 - Sunset Overdrive 2 + Halo
2020 - Gears
