Joy-cons can already be used for motion control ball throwing, so it's only unique functionality is to be carried around making noise. Don't think that's something many will be interested in. So you got US/UM then? :L | US/UM are my second favourite pokemon games infact, only behind Platinum. I liked US/UM, it added quite a bit more on top of the vanilla sun/moon, imo.

Fair enough!

Pokemon Gen 8 (2019)-a new core entry for competitive players & long time fans. They are listening to the core, loyal fanbase by taking extra time to make a true next-gen leap with Gen 8. | My concern is that they shouldn't be wasting their resources on Lets Go and instead focus totally on Gen 8.

Cmon, you can't say making a game that's guaranteed to sell well with potential to be a massive hit is a waste. Plus like you said, it's low effort cash grab, meaning little resources were put into it so they could focus on gen 8 while still releasing games to pay the bills and pacify fans. Would also explain US/UM. We can't know for sure but I doubt putting those resources into gen 8 would make that much of a difference. Game will have atleast 3 years dev time, that's plenty enough to make a great game.
