Yeah that's a pretty high cost for something so frivolous. Joy-cons can already be used for motion control ball throwing, so it's only unique functionality is to be carried around making noise. Don't think that's something many will be interested in.

US/UM are my second favourite pokemon games infact, only behind Platinum.
I liked US/UM, it added quite a bit more on top of the vanilla sun/moon, imo.
