OKC has a player option with George if he decides to stay there one more year he will get paid a little over $20 million dollars. But if he decides to sign with the Lakers they don't have to trade anybody to OKC to get him. Also Cousins is a complete free agent he can sign with anybody. LeBron is in the same deal as George but if he goes to the 76ers there probably is going to be some trades involved to make it work salary cap wise for both teams.
