Can't agree with this at all. Some Atari games now you'll probably die about 5 times before you have a clue what you're meant to be looking at and which part of it you are controlling.
Even the earliest nes games are still playable by todays standards.
As others mentioned too, what is the Atari rival to smb3 or final fantasy? The system has nothing which is more than a few screens large, things like double dragon even advertised how many screens of play they featured.
