I'm not jumping to conclusions, i'm using historical proof and the demands of the market, something which you have ignored. 

OK then, I can just use FFI-FFIX as not having voice acting for proof that they didn't want it in X and apparently they were being forced into doing it by SJWs who want blind people to be able to have a more enjoyable experience with the game, rather than it being an idea that they liked and decided to implement in accordance with the changing times.
