Mate the last 10 Cods did not have the ability to play as a black Female Nazi, nor did BF1 have Female British soldiers fighting in the trenches. That is because the developers did not see that as a key feature, the inclusion of that years later is nothing more then pandering. And given the backlash that those two games received, it is clear that the decision was not made based on the demands of the fans, or due to financial reasons. 

Maybe it is the demands of the market, but you have a hard time accepting that so consider it to cater to an agenda to the detriment of the market. Also, your second paragraph makes no sense. Because they didn't do it before, means that they don't want to do it now? Maybe they just didn't think of it beforehand, but now that the thought crossed their minds they want to do it? Or even if they didn't want to do it before, they could have changed their minds.

Mate instead of crawling around maybes and having groundless positions can you actually give a statement? I see no point in all of this ambiguity, as every time i'm going to bring out proof (such as the backlash the games received) you're going to tell me that i do not have a microscope looking into the brains of the developers.
