Again why would you want those things, if you already have them? It is a bundle for households that have a Switch, which means they have a dock, HDMI cable, and an AC adapter. Considering most Japanese houses are only large enough for one TV, why do you think people would want a second dock? The 3DS and DSi have been sold without AC adapters in Japan for years for this very reason. The store page clearly says that it is for households that already have a Switch (ie they have the dock, AC adapter, etc).

they will still need ac adapter, if they play it in handheld and take every where. aside from that the reality is most people that will buy this will be new owners looking for a cheaper price, only to find out they were suckered in the end.

No they don't. I have a Switch and I never take the AC adapter anywhere. The very few times I have needed to recharge on the go (like on the bus or on the subway where there are no available power outlets) I have had to use a portable battery bank which I also use for my tablet and smartphone as I also do not carry around the charger for them. It is the same case with my Vita and 3DS, the AC unit for all of these portables is at my house.

Also how is anyone being "suckered".

1. The store says that is is a second unit system. Which quite literally means it is for people that already have a unit and are looking for another.

2. The page mentions all of the components that are missing and what it comes with.

3. It even has a side by side pricing comparison.

Again selling a handheld without an AC adapter based on the assumption that other members of the household have an AC adapter is not new to Japan.
