If this were a WW rollout maybe, but this is extremely limited and Japan only. Japan is really into their handhelds, it's not a stretch that a household would have multiple units. 

then why not include a a charger? as i said before they are trying to increase sales in japan thats thats why they cut the price, but its a tard pack.
