In other words, these numbers probably arent the most reliable.
At the presentation in late April, Nintendo said that regions outside of NA/EU/Japan were seeing an increase in sales and specifically mentioned the Middle East & Asia as showing a notable increase.
Europe is probably too high while ROTW is too low.
