Definitely Nintendo. Their income comes from first party sales, if they don't release games they don't make money.
Sony is pretty safe, it doesn't really matter what they do for the rest of this generation.
Microsoft can help themselves to some extent, but it's a little late for miracles, regardless of their E3 showing Xbox One's final lifetime sales aren't going to change that much.
