Tharja from Fire Emblem Awakening. I love how strong, dark and dedicated she is. Her design is icing on the cake.
I also like Twintelle because how strong she is as well... but i'd be lying if I said the main reason wasn't because of how THICC she is. I do wish they showed off her muscles more though, I would've liked to see her abs but oh well.
This one might make me look weird but here goes...
Mipha from Breath of the Wild. I know she's a fishlady but goddamn do I love her! She's gentle, sweet and willing to fight for those that she loves.
Also I think she's cute...
I have more but those are stand out ones I guess.
