I don't get your point? Can I be a sex worker in the Sims dreaming to pay her debts and make money while studying in a university but suddenly got entangled with a criminal client she had business with and got caught by her boyfriend cop? I don't think so.

And how would you incorporate being a prostitute into GTA? Where is the gameplay?
