The thing I don't understand is I would have thought that if they did actually get rid of the proper single player that there would be a lot more content for the rest of the modes in return as a result of them having even more time to work on that stuff, but for the most part it still looks the same just with one new mode and a 2 extra zombie maps.

Like, did the devs state that the only way they could fit in a battle royale mode was to not work on a proper single player or something? Cause otherwise I dunno, I feel like a battle royale mode would have been pushed regardless, but i'm not trying to assume anything about the development.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see how big these "solo story missions" for each character are or whatever.

Um it looks like CoD but there has been a lot and i mean a lot of changes to the MP. The game went from 6v6 to now 5v5, smaller maps. Each specialist now have special abilities that unlock once or twice a match. There is no more auto heal so you will have to heal yourself and also there is a medic specialist that can provide extra health for the team. Its a very big change up to the CoD multiplayer.

Also each of the 9 specialist will have there own mini campaigns that will probably end up being as long as a standard CoD multiplayer.
