That wasn't even remotely a cheap shot. He clearly went for the ball, with both hands. The shoulder to jaw contact was completely incidental. Really nothing to see there at all. Two players moving at some velocity in opposite directions at the baseline, where there's simply very little space.
Edit: And your assertion that that foul helped boost the Celtics to it's second half performance, or conversely is to blame for the Cavs coming out flat in said second half, playing atrocious defense, etc...is absolutely ridiculous.
