Guardians of the Galaxy
"Peter take my hand."  Peter's had to be self-reliant his whole life.  Now that he's grabbed an Infinity Stone, he can't contain the power alone.  He grabs Gamora's hand, but he sees it as his mother's hand at the same time.  Ironically, while saving the planet he also finds personal redemption.  He makes up for not grabbing his mother's hand by holding on to the other Guardians, the family that he's always wanted but never had.  This is another one of those "so much is said at once" scenes.  (I know I keep saying that, but those are the type of scenes that I like.)

Thanks for doing this for me. I wanted to talk about it, but felt it was overkill at that point with all the GotG.

Also, yeah Vek the whole "Captain's orders" sequence in Winter Soldier was amazing. Would have definitely been my pick had "you're my mission" not been a thing. Quill trying to shoot Gamora in Infinity War was great too, loads of emotion there - Zoe Saldana and Chris Pratt always deliver, but they were on another level in this film.

Well now that I've seen all 19 films, I've gotta say that "Peter take my hand" is my favorite moment in the MCU.  It really feels like every single scene in the movie leads up to that one point.  Peter's mom, the Power Stone, and of course the Guardian's relationship, it all builds up to that one moment.  That is just great storytelling.  That is what the climax of a movie should be, every single thread comes together at the peak and it really all just hits you at once.  So if I had to pick one moment, this would be it.  (The ending to Winter Soldier would be a close second though.)
