No i dont believe that at all. It will be business as usual for sony with their normal press event. OBVIOUSLY they haven't listed any new games as they want those to be a surprise but everything else seems to be standard including 3rd party and indie devs.
On another note its good to see them having a focus on indies considering they were missed out at E3 2017.
