Thats a pretty rediculous stipulation, you are talking about enthusiasts so why would having increased competition be relevent?
You are saying a Nintendo game is guaranteed to pass 1 million simply by being a Nintendo game well guess what? Literally ever Nintendo system ever has had a bunch of Nintendo games fail to hit 1 million and Switch will be no different.
If Labo sells 1 million it will be because the idea appealed to 1 million people, not because Nintendo made it.
