I just realized that Sega 32X is quietly lurking on this list, but Sega CD didn't make the cut. Both were peripherals that could not function without being attached to a Sega Genesis. Out of the two, Sega CD was the more successful add-on and had a larger library (Sega CD = 209 games, 32X = 40 games). Too late to do anything about it now, but I think that Sega CD should have been included if 32X was going to get a spot. It could have even taken Sega Nomad's spot I think, since Nomad is just a portable Genesis.
