I thought the main thing was you pay online, in return you get these free games and better online service 

I'm mostly referring to the app seemingly being the only way to do voice chat, game invites etc. I thought the delay was being used to improve things and maybe get that stuff on the OS but apparently not.

 

If it wasn't to do that then I don't know why it was delayed in the first place.

 

I mean outside of cloud saves they didn't really add anything new.
