you are coming very close here to criticising women who use makeup and plastic surgery to achieve an enhanced appearance

i myself know of a women who recently had a very expensive surgery to suck the fat from her belly and put it in her ass to appear more curvy

I am fine with personal decisions, I just don't like corporate decisions.
