Aaaah, I was hoping someone would get this obscure reference. :P It's from a really, really cheesy promotional video for the then-upcoming Nintendo 64 game Diddy Kong Racing that was sent to Nintendo Power subscribers such as yours truly back in early November of 1997. :D I'll post the contents thereof below. The pertinent part is located at 2:40.
Like at least a couple of their other promo videos, this one falls into the "so bad it's good" category for me. It also gets bonus points for briefly hawking Mischief Makers toward the end.
