In Japan, for sure they undershipped. They also did with GoW in the west. But not nearly enough to cause a 1 Million sales loss, 100-200k seems more reasonable to me.
The low number could also be a result of overshipping the previous quarter. December sales where comparatively low, maybe retailers ordered too many back then and only sold in this quarter, dragging the sales of this quarter down
