Most European people have safely concluded that they both suck. The majority of citizens of the city of Rome are of opinion that Feyenoord fans suck after they tried really hard and partly succeeded to destroy their city.

 

Now that I think of it, Dutch footbal fans suck all together. We usually don't make it much further than the quarter finals of the Europa League but cause  international football incidents ever so often. Whether it's destroying fountains or making fun of beggars.
