This is almost like asking a mayor of a city if his town is a safe place to live and raise kids in:
You: Mr. Mayor, my family and I are looking for a new town to live it. How safe is it for us to move in and raise a family?
Mayor: As long as you ignore all the murders and violent crime, It's a great place to be.
