There's no reason to want to know who likes something unless you want to use that against them in some way. I meant persecuted in that way btw. 

Facebook lists who likes the posts, same with Instagram. There are also forums that show who likes the post, for example HFBoards does.

those first two networks are less anonymous then vgc those will have less trolls
