Is the implementation of a 'like' system beneficial of detrimental?

This functionality has been added - hopefully it will help convert some of the naysayers that were on the fence about the whole thing. I know that those that are 100% against this, will obviously remain against it - but at least there's been a little more functionality added to help offset some of the angst...

 

Nice, I think the feature is definitely better that way. However, I think we should have a vote or discussion to determine whether or not it should be known who liked the post.
