I've already had confirmation that it's targeting a 2018 release. Educated guess (based on previous Pokémon localization timing) it should be ready for Nov/Dec

Who is is Pixelpar? And how reliable are they? 

I woukd have to research that but I have seen this gaining traction a lot more than 99% of Pokemon leaks.  And I hear there's LinkedIn info pointing to this being legit.

Personally I buy it.  I suspect Nintendo and Pokemon Company will follow a similar pattern with the Switch as with 3DS.  The first game will be a pronounced and significant graphicak jump but not as big of a jump as the hardware could allow.  It will be the second main entry that pushes the boat out in presentation.  So I can see the first one coming out this year.
