Smash 4 did ~14 million, yes its on 2 platforms but thats irrelevent, you dont segregate the sales of cross-gen/multiplatform games.

If somebody asks you how much FIFA 18 or COD: WWII sold, you would say over 15m and over 18m. You wouldnt just take the sales of a single sku to determine its sales.

Unless I'm missing something, you also wouldn't say Fifa 19 will sell 15M on PS4 because Fifa 18 sold 15M across 3 different consoles. If you're comparing sales for one console, you stick to using data for that console.
