Yeah I heard about this though I did not care to check out the details. I'm not sure how cryptocurrencies have anything to do with GPU prices and why specifically GPU prices. The milk I buy at the store still costs the same, books I buy still cost the same but GPU's specifically had their prices skyrocket because of the totally unrelated cryptocurrencies, makes no sense to me.
I can only hope this will not affect the price of the future PS5 but who knows right?
