That would make sense, if MS had released quality games recently.

While I'm not a huge fan, the Forza Horizon games are almost universally considered excellent, and the regular Forza games are also widely praised.   Their other big series - Halo, Halo Wars, and Gears have all had very good entries this gen.  I can't think of anything they've put out that would be considered crap.
