Direct definition thats been used since SB64. I don't move, but of course I'm not going to just let you hit me when you do reach me.

Camping is also synonymous to Turtling. Definition of that here:

Twilit, future reference, if someone uses a Lag taunt while I'm playing them, I'll ease up. If your not actually lagging, I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't use it X.x I know input lag sucks royally and its not always even between players.
