We're not going to factor that in to enjoyment of the game itself, that's a different question. However unless you have played substantial minutes on max settings on a PC I dont believe you can say you would have enjoyed it more on a Switch. 

My Ryzen 7 and 780TI throws out Doom 1080p ultra settings well over 100fps.

Still finished Doom on the Switch instead of the PC though because for me it was far more enjoyable to be able to play the game when I had free time rather than when I get to sit at my PC.

You must not mistake facts with opinions, just because you think something doesn't make it a fact. People can enjoy different aspects of gaming more than graphics.
