650 million as of December 31st 2017 including digital. Only behind the DS, Wii, 360, PS3, PS1 and PS2. It's entering the big leagues.

That is a lie, eveybody knows nowadays digital is half the sales for retail games and 100% for digital only games... so the total should be at least 1B games =p

That averages around 6-7 games per console.

*Looks at my PS4 game collection*....i'm helping at least 5 consoles that doesn't have any games xD

I probably buy 6-7 games per visit to USA, besides what I buy new... last gen I ended at about 120 retail ps3 games if i'm not wrong. And on VGC that was even a common number =p

I find it funny people complain about the lack of games on WiiU when the average gamer buy less games than WiiU had "must haves".
