We already had White Panther.  It was called Captain America.

Don't play some naive reverse racism card.  Black targeted entertainment exists because the default entertainment target are white people.  An underrepresented market will always work to develop its own.  BET exists because the default music channels were targeted towards whites.  Every minority targeted market exists because they are not included in proper proportion and representation as the default.

Wrong. Show me where captain america openly stated and marketed the fact that it had a deliberately all white cast and production crew and you'll have a point.  IF they did that there would be outrage. Incidentally being mostly white isn't the same as being purposefully mostly white and advertising that fact.
