Nintendo has yet to give an official forcast for this fiscal year and will not until their quarterly financial meeting later this month. The 25-30 million figure you are referring to was a just a rumor.

Actually Kimishima said they are planning to ship around 20m Switch consoles for FY 2018, but that's still not official expectation for FY 2018 that we will get at end of April when we will have FY 2017 results.
