You have made several posts extolling the virtues of the "good old days" when poor people could be mistreated by those in power. Seems pretty mean spirited to me.  

Just checked the definition of mean spirited just to be sure and:

1. inconsiderate and unsympathetic."
3. Inconsiderate and unsympathetic is almost exactly the words I would use for the viewpoints you have put forth in this thread.
