69 falls into the 6 range just like how a 61, 65 or a 68 does. A 69 does not count in the 7 range nor more than 69 counts as a C or a passing grade in school. Even on metacritic, a 69 gives it a yellow and not a green. That's not a positive score. You're rounding it up to a 70 or 7 to make it seem better than it is. It's a 69 which is a bad grade.
