The earliest would be Q4. And somewhat of a safe bet in dec. Q1 next year latest uanless ps4 goes into overdrive with a price cut

I cant imagine Switch taking the lead this year.

Even if PS4 only sells 1.8m this year like 2016 & 2017 did than LTD sales would be ~7.7 million so Switch sales would have to be ~4.5 million this year.
