Honestly, it's not about the devices, it's about the game development. They need to stop faffing about. Stop trying to milk us from our money with crap micro transactions, stop spending 8 years developing 1 games, be more efficient. MS, Nintendo and Sony don't actually do this, most of their games are microtransaction free and the game speaks for itself, it's 3rd parties. We are pushing into the next generation and so far we've had 1 Fallout game, 1 Dragon Age, 1 Tekken, 1 (poor) Mass Effect. I look at future games and I think "What is there for me?" Just feels like beyond the annual release games, companies drag their heels.

Yes, so much this, all of it, specially the bold part, but I agree completely with the rest.
