You do know that this game is inspired by cory's son right? Most of these developers are getting older and are making these stories more personal. They also seem to forget that kratos is sensible when it comes to his kid - remember chains of olympus?

Most of these fans who say Kratos has no depth in the past games seem to ignore all the moments where he did show depth and remorse, and that is especially true of the portable games. For some crappy reason people just assume the portable games aren't worth playing just because they were on the PSP and they still call themselves fans. These portable games are way better than GOW 1/Ascension and on the level of 2 and 3.
